Revolution Company is now hiring for an Operations Manager position in Oakdale, MN. This role will be responsible for advancing initiatives that promote and sustain the safety, health, and welfare of all Supply Chain personnel. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

• Provides focus, direction, leadership, and technical expertise to various Supply Chain and plant personnel.
• Communicates needs and objectives to managers and key personnel in Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Distribution.
• Fosters and promotes innovative solutions that drive cost reduction and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain process.
• Trains, develops, mentors, and assists their peers and subordinates in all the departments that fall within the Supply Chain process.
• Continually evaluates the inventory planning and materials control process, methodologies, and system tools to drive process improvements where appropriate.
• Ensures integrity of forecast, product dedication, level loading, and new product setup and product transitions.
• Oversees warehouse operations performance and inventory accuracy.
• Supervises, trains, and coaches’ planners, schedulers, and distribution personnel.
• Manage and control department operating costs.
• Willingly performs other duties that may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Operations leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience directing the process, including the planning of procurement, production, inventory control, forecasting, scheduling, logistics, and distribution.
• Proficient with analytical, spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing software (Microsoft Office).
• Strong ERP/MRP system experience.
• Clean Driving Record with ability to travel.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
• Ability to effectively present information to executive management and public groups.
• Able to understand and use Statistical Control Charts.
• Work flexible schedule (possibly nights, weekends, holidays) when required.
