Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking an HR Generalist in Little Rock, AR. Here is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a challenging opportunity with a growing company. The successful candidate is a collaborative team member who continually strives to move the organization's talent forward. This role will partner with the HR department to establish a vision of customer service excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Fosters better & more frequent communication throughout the organization. 
  • Collaborates with HR colleagues on cross-functional initiatives to help implement new HR programs, processes, and policies. 
  • Assists managers with recruiting, interviewing, screening, selecting, and hiring qualified employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
  • Provides exceptional customer service concerning day-to-day HR opportunities and inquiries on policies, procedures, and processes. 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives 
  • Ensures facility complies with labor regulations (federal, state, and local).
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze exit survey data to identify trends for business leaders to take action. 
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve the department's efficiency and services. 
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. 
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as needed. 
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. 
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation, proven ability to lead through collaboration, positive interpersonal skills, problem resolution, and desire to do the right thing.
  • Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills (HRIS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
  • Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.
  • Requires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
