Revolution is looking for an Information Technology (I.T.) Intern to join its team in the Summer of 2024.The internship is a 10-week paid program providing students with on-the-job training, mentoring, and real-world experience. 

In this role, you will straddle the line between technology and business, providing a unique contribution to our team. You will engage directly with end users to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and develop applications that improve operations and decision-making capabilities. This position offers a rich experience in Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps, Excel, and Power BI, allowing you to work on projects that directly influence our company's success. 

• Act as a liaison between the business units and the IT team, understanding and documenting business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet end-user requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, supporting the development and optimization of business applications.
• Create insightful dashboards and reports with Power BI to aid in business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of applications, ensuring their reliability and efficiency.
• Document development processes and create user guides for the developed applications.
• Regularly update the team on project progress and outcomes through team meetings.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field with a strong interest in business processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps, Excel, and Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with business users to gather and interpret requirements.
• Proactive learner, eager to absorb new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
• GPA: 3.0 cumulative and completing two years of college courses. 
• Previous Co-op experience is a plus. 
• Applicants must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, full-time basis

Pay Transparency: Base Range $20.00/hour + Overtime
