Revolution is currently seeking a motivated Extruder Operator to join our team in Bashaw, AB. This full-time position offers generous benefits, overtime hours, and ample opportunities for career growth in a stable and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.
• Follow all safe operating procedures and requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
• Monitor the squeezer cutting face and discharge hopper for pellet build-up.
• Oversee the water filtration system.
• Inspect the area around the high-speed dryer for water accumulation and debris.
• Change and clean extruder screens, preparing for the next operation.
• Visually check control panel operational parameters.
• Ensure the pre-processed pellet auger feeds correctly into extruder #1.
• Confirm extruder #1 is properly feeding into extruder #2.
• Check that the water ring cutter is expelling pellets correctly.
• Sample and visually inspect pellets discharged from the pellet dryer.
• Load pellet shipping containers from the pellet silo.
• Weigh finished product boxes, ensuring correct labeling and condition.
• Transport finished product boxes to designated warehouse locations.
• Label and log outgoing and quarantined boxes.
• Document processing rates and any operational issues.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including cleaning wash tank stairs and catwalks to minimize debris and prevent slip/trip accidents.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Proficient in reading and writing.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours during a shift.
