Revolution is now hiring for a Assistant Warehouse Supervisor in Little Rock, AR. The role will be responsible for directing and supervising all material handlers, as well as the flow of finished goods and packing material in the warehouse. The successful candidate will be capable of working within a team environment and be individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives.

• Supervise the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate shipment of materials.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates, address concerns, and provide feedback.
• Audit shipping manifests before processing final documents.
• Report and investigate non-conforming materials and reporting issues to management
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• High School diploma, or GED required. Additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to periodically lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
