Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking a Production Material Handler for its Little Rock, AR location. This role offers opportunities for career growth in a stable, safety-focused work environment.This position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual who is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

 

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $20/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $2,500 in potential bonus opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently move containers, pallets, and materials throughout the plant, ensuring all loads are balanced and properly secured before transport.
  • Remove scrap from machines and move pallets to/from machines.
  • Support in-process inventory by transferring totes to and from work cells.
  • Accurately complete required paperwork, including Pre-Shift Equipment Inspection forms.
  • Assist with inventory management by identifying, labeling, verifying, and placing materials.
  • Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Move materials between loading docks, storage areas, delivery trucks, and manufacturing areas.
  • Label and track material locations to ensure proper inventory control.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment, including pulling, packing, and loading.
  • Operate forklifts, trucks, cranes, and other material handling equipment.
  • Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Background in manufacturing, with experience in quality control and safety initiatives.
  • Valid counter-balance forklift certification required.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a preference for experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Forklift experience is a must.
  • Ability to work a 2/2/3 schedule.
  • Strong performance in a customer-focused, safety-conscious environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across both operations and support functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn ERP systems and adapt to computer-based tasks.
  • Capability to lift 25-30 pounds repeatedly; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance may be required.
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including heat, cold, noise, and proximity to machinery.
