Responsibilities
Revolution is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Lubbock, TX area. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of consumables and equipment used to package cotton bales across the assigned territory. This position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong customer relationships are key, and you’ll be expected to understand and address customer needs and requirements.
The work environment is fast-paced, particularly during peak seasons, and flexibility is essential as hours may vary and could exceed standard work-week lengths during busy periods. Due to the seasonal nature of the cotton industry, workloads and scheduled hours will rise during peak seasons. A company-provided vehicle will be available for transportation to customer locations within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell products and miscellaneous supplies to cotton gins, cotton warehouses, and cottonseed oil mills by contacting customers and potential customers.
- Provide clear, concise, and respectful communication with customers and their employees to maintain positive relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Maintain frequent contact with customers, and write trip reports and sales reports as required.
- Compute projections on cotton crops to assist in determining the quantity of products to be manufactured and purchased to meet customer demand.
- Occasionally delivering products to customers using company-provided equipment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging customer needs. Provide feedback to the product development team to shape future packaging solutions.
- Collect accounts receivable not paid by customers within the specified time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred and a background in agriculture is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is part of the application requirements.
- Travel up to 50% during peak season.
