Are you a driven and experienced leader ready to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Revolution is seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Flint, MI. In this key leadership role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the efficiency and success of our production operations, guiding and inspiring a talented team to meet goals and drive continuous improvement. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing production processes, fostering teamwork, and ensuring the highest standards, we want to hear from you!

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across the production floor.
• Oversee production teams, ensuring goals and performance metrics are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to optimize workflow.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors, Team Leads, and production crews.
• Lead weekly Supervisor meetings to address progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team to maintain adequate supply levels.
• Drive process improvements using LEAN methodology and employee engagement.
• Manage staffing levels and create employee schedules to ensure coverage.
• Work with Maintenance to evaluate equipment and minimize downtime.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Fill in for the Plant Manager in their absence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities with strong data interpretation skills and the ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
