Responsibilities

Revolution  is looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to oversee and elevate operations at our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in Shelbyville, TN. If you are passionate about driving continuous improvement, optimizing production efficiency, and leading high-performance teams, we want you on our team!
 
As a Plant Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business by driving success across production, maintenance, quality, safety, and more. With your leadership, we’ll achieve new levels of operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and manage all plant operations, ensuring top-tier production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
  • Champion a safety culture, proactively investigating accidents and near-misses, and implementing solutions that protect our most valuable asset – our people.
  • Manage inventories of materials and finished products to meet high quality, performance, and customer service standards.
  • Inspire and drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the plant stays ahead of the competition and consistently delivers impressive results.
  • Play a key role in planning and implementing capital improvement projects with a focus on delivering a strong ROI and boosting productivity.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance) to elevate operational capabilities and streamline processes.
  • Lead the charge in developing the next generation of leaders while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Implement cost-effective control systems across all aspects of the business: capital, operating expenses, manpower, and wages.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our plant facilities and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Champion the development and execution of preventative maintenance programs to avoid downtime and ensure long-term operational success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cast/stretch film, plastics manufacturing, or a similar industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, driving performance and building strong teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices to optimize processes.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • A results-driven, highly ethical leader with a drive to innovate and embrace cutting-edge solutions.
