Responsibilities

Revolution is expanding and looking for experienced Territory Managers to drive sales growth and manage strategic accounts in the stretch film industry. These remote positions offer the opportunity to grow market presence, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute directly to the success of our stretch film division.

 

We are hiring for the following regions:

  • Territory 1: Northeast – NY, PA, MD, NJ, MA, CT
  • Territory 2: Midwest – MN, IA, NE, ND, SD
  • Territory 3: Mid-America- OK, AR, KS, MO
  • Territory 4:Southwest & Mountain West – AZ, NV, UT, CO, NM
  • Territory 5: California

 

Note: Candidates must live within the territory they represent. Proximity to a major airport is preferred. Regular overnight travel (2–3 days/week) is required.

 

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking proven sales professionals with deep expertise in stretch film or related packaging products (e.g., shrink wrap, strapping, tape, corner boards, corrugated packaging, void fill, packaging equipment.). Experienced mills reps preferred in the packaging industry. Knowledge of distributors and relationships within distribution is vital.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities in the stretch film market.
  • Maintain and grow key customer relationships to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer needs.
  • Set and achieve annual sales goals, monitor and report on performance.
  • Educate customers and stakeholders on stretch film performance and applications.
  • Support customer sustainability initiatives and promote circular economy solutions.
  • Oversee territory-level budgeting and financial performance.
  • Ensure product offerings meet market and customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience managing distribution, including at least 3 years in the industrial packaging industry preferred.
  • Deep understanding of packaging industry trends and customer needs.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmentally responsible solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and action-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service platforms.
  • High ethical standards and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay Transparency: Base Range $80k - $100k + Bonus + Benefits + PTO
