Revolution is now hiring for a Quality Control Technician position in Mesquite, TX. This role will be responsible for supporting the quality function of the company. This position will work closely with the production lines to ensure Revolution meets quality standards.

• Perform audits at the time of order change to ensure appropriate setup and quality.
• Perform inspections throughout different departments using established methodology and criteria, evaluate findings and input quality data into the system daily.
• Perform process monitoring to ensure efficient operation of equipment and repeatability of item production.
• Knowledge and understanding product’s specification requirements.
• Maintain quality records (paper and electronic).
• Final product testing.
• Assist with quality issues to ensure commitment to ship dates.
• Assist on the disposition of suspect product.
• Perform root cause analysis on defective material.
• Comply with safety policy practices.

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred. 
• Essential reading and writing skills are required.
• Must know how to read a tape measure. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish preffered but not required. 
• Ability to work with teams, excellent communication skills, both oral and written are critical.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with fellow QC and Production personnel.
• High energy with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.  
• Must be able to read and understand numbers.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, 6:50 p.m to 7:00 a.m. for night shift.
