Responsibilities

Revolution is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Quality Process Engineer to join our team in Stuttgart, AR! In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead in driving product excellence, ensuring every detail meets and exceeds customer standards, and spearheading process improvement initiatives that impact every corner of our facility.

  • Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and quality testing, executing diagnostic tests, establishing standards, and confirming adherence to the standards.
  • Apply hands on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes and quality concerns.
  • Lead the application of root cause analysis in problem-solving/deviation from standards.
  • Follow up on process capability and assist in ensuring permanent improvements are made.
  • Mentor production operators and other team members to improve the application of manufacturing standards and reaction in the event of deviation.
  • Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process standardization, documentation, and operator training efforts.
  • Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions.
  • Foster a plant culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • One year’s experience in a leadership, management, or supervisory role required.
  • Knowledge of basic quality, financial, and operations protocols.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information to the management team and other groups.
  • Excellent organization, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and provide advice and feedback to the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
