Revolution is now hiring for a Warehouse Lead position in Kilgore, TX. The successful candidate will work within a team environment and be individually motivated to accomplish goals and objectives.

• Manages the receipt and storage of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories and supplies.
• Monitors inspection of incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness and defects.
• Arranges for the return and replacement of defective items.
• Manages periodic and special inventories: Accounts for inventory variances.
• Develops and implements improvements in policies and procedures to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
• Plans and coordinates the transfer of products, materials, equipment, parts, accessories, and/or supplies between/among the different departments.
• Trains & mentors employees on the various roles within the department
• Assists & covers for the various positions within the department as needed due to absences or variances in the number of shipments, orders, etc.
• Supports the Department Manager as needed, including when he is out of the office
• Ensuring all daily task are completed in safe and timely manner
• Maintaining logs and reports as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma, or GED preferred.
• 2 years of warehouse experience. 
• Necessary math skills - Addition, subtraction, and multiplication to record accurate reports.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Forklift Certified
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Excel/Word
• Self-motivated
• Experience in warehouse management system(s)
• Familiar with safety & quality protocols in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in conducting monthly/yearly inventories
• Must have good people skills.
• Be willing to adapt to using current technology.
