Responsibilities

Revolution is hiring a Printing Production Manager in Kilgore, TX.This role is responsible for leading printing production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting customer delivery commitments. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about developing teams and driving continuous improvement. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze production schedules and coordinate with scheduling teams to plan department operations, labor needs, and manufacturing priorities to meet customer delivery timelines.
  • Oversee daily printing production activities to ensure products meet quality specifications, production goals, and operational efficiency standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize downtime and control costs.
  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure safe operation, optimal performance, and proper utilization.
  • Develop and improve operational procedures while ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and operational data to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Lead employee relations including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a strong team environment that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
  • Manage department resources including tracking Anilox rolls, gears, and supplies, while coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; printing experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train employees, communicate policies, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Proven leadership experience including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe PDF, and reporting tools such as pivot reports.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality standards, and employment practices; familiarity with federal and state employment laws preferred.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or OSHA 10 General Industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and motivate teams to achieve results.
